摘要
分析公共文化类PPP项目中的设计风险因素,结合BIM技术优势,从信息技术角度提出BIM技术在设计协同、设计优化等方面的应用,最后以某典型公共文化PPP项目为例,详细阐述BIM技术在该项目设计风险控制中的应用价值。
Risk factors in the public cultural project design based on PPP mode were analyzed.Considering the advantages of BIM technology,the application of BIM technology in design collaboration and optimization was proposed from the perspective of information technology.Finally,taking a typical public cultural project based on PPP mode as an example,the application value of BIM technology in risk control of project design was elaborated in detail.
