摘要
本文以华南地区A市某旅游度假区控制性详细规划为例,在规划分析的基础上,从规划区现状、规划协调性分析、区域主要环境问题和环境制约因素、环境承载力分析等方面对规划进行综合分析与论证,提出规划的优化调整建议,并改进规划中存在的不足,提高规划的科学性,为更好地指导规划环境影响评价提供了很好的案例分析。
This paper take the controlling detailed planning of a tourist resort in A city in South China as an example,on the basis of the planning analysis,the planning is comprehensively analyzed and demonstrated from the current situation of the planning area,planning coordination analysis,regional main environmental problems and environmental constraints,environmental carrying capacity analysis and other aspects,to put forward suggestions for optimization and adjustment of the plan,improve the deficiencies and the scientific nature,for providing a good case study of better guide the planning environmental impact assessment.
