摘要 为满足阀用波纹管出厂耐压及气密性检测需求,围绕波纹管组件密封结构设计、限位结构设计及零部件强度校核计算等内容,设计了2种耐压强度检测工装及1种气密性检测工装。设计的试验检测工装结构简单,使用维护成本低,覆盖产品范围广。应用上述工装对产品进行试验检测时,能够满足阀门厂产品验收要求。 In order to meet the delivery pressure resistance and airtightness testing requirements of bellows for valves,two types of pressure resistance strength testing tooling and one type of airtightness testing tooling are designed around the sealing structure design,limit structure design and strength check calculation of parts of bellows components.The designed test and detection tooling is simple in structure,low in use and maintenance cost,and covers a wide range of products.The application of the above tooling to the actual detection of products meets the requirements of the valve factory for product acceptance.
