摘要
通过对挤压成型金属波纹管机械密封的动环进行理论分析,选取合理的机械密封结构尺寸,建立优化模型。运用ANSYS有限元计算软件的APDL参数化编程进行分析,并对其进行优化设计,为挤压成型金属波纹管机械密封的设计提供了一种理论计算方法,为以后的设计提供参考。
Through theoretical analysis of the floated ring of metal bellows mechanical seals,a reasonable sizes of the mechanical seal structure were chosen and the optimal model of the metal bellows were established.The sizes of the metal bellows,which were created by APDL parameter programming,were optimized by using finite element analysis software ANSYS.The results provide a theoretical calculation method for the design of metal bellows mechanical seals by extruded forming and some reference for the future design.
