无溶剂双组分聚氨酯铺装材料的制备及性能研究

Study on preparation and performance of solvent-free two-component polyurethane paving materials

摘要 以植物油基多元醇蓖麻油、聚醚多元醇、滑石粉、颜料和气相SiO_(2)为原料制备甲组分,以聚醚多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI–50)为原料制备乙组分,按照质量比1:1搭配,并与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)颗粒混合制备夹心混合型塑胶跑道。研究了小分子聚醚多元醇和扩链剂对跑道性能的影响,以及EPDM颗粒含胶量、粒径大小等因素对夹心混合型塑胶跑道产品的力学性能影响。结果表明,当3,3’–二氯–4,4’–二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)和聚醚二醇VORANOL^(TM)WD2104羟基摩尔比为1:1,羟基的物质的量为0.037 4 mol,所需操作时间、固化时间,以及产品的硬度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率都相对最佳,且所有原料都符合环保要求,适合夹心混合型跑道的场地铺设。当EPDM颗粒含胶量(质量分数)为15%、粒径为3~4 mm,制品整体厚度为14 mm时,所制备的夹心混合型塑胶跑道产品的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、冲击吸收和垂直变形符合国际田径联合会(IAAF)认证,且造价成本相对较低。 Component A was prepared from vegetable oil-based polyol castor oil,polyether polyol,talc powder,pigment and gas phase SiO_(2),and component B was prepared from polyether polyol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-50).The sandwich hybrid type plastic track was prepared by collocating the A,B components according to the mass ratio of 1:1 and mixing with ethylene-propylenediene monomer(EPDM)particles.The influence of small molecular polyether polyols and chain extenders on the performance of the track,as well as the influence of the rubber content and particle size of EPDM particles on the mechanical performance of the sandwich hybrid type plastic track were investigated.The results showed that when the hydroxyl molar ratio of 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane(MOCA)and polyether diol VORANOLTM WD 2104 was 1:1,and the amount of hydroxyl group substance was 0.0374 mol,the required operating time,curing time,as well as the hardness,tensile strength and elongation at break of the product were all relatively optimal,and all the raw materials met the requirements of environmental protection,which was suitable for laying the ground of the sandwich hybrid type track.When the rubber content(mass fraction)of EPDM particles was 15%,the particle size was 3~4mm,and the overall thickness of the product was 14 mm,the tensile strength,elongation at break,impact absorption and vertical deformation of the prepared sandwich hybrid type plastic track product complied with the certification of the International Association of Athletics Federations(IAAF),and the cost of manufacture was relativelylow.
