摘要
以运动场地为例,对不同厂家4种透气型塑胶面层的不同成份配比及相应性能进行了实验分析。实验结果表明:透气型塑胶面层运动场地所含胶水/胶粒值越高,塑胶面层拉伸强度和断裂伸长率等机械性能越低;胶水/胶粒值为1:6.5时,四种场地材料的冲击吸收基本达到国际田联的准用标准;胶水/胶粒值为1:5.5、1:6、1:6.5、1:7时,四种不同塑胶面层的垂直形变均达标;胶水/胶粒值为1:5.5、1:6、1:6.5、1:7时,四种不同塑胶面层中的三种拉伸强度基本达标;胶水/胶粒值为1:6.5、1:7时四种不同塑胶面层的断裂伸长率基本达标;综合分析,胶水/胶粒值为1:6.5条件下能够获得性价比最高的透气型塑胶面层。
Taking the sports ground as an example,this paper makes an experimental analysis on the different composition and corresponding properties of four kinds of breathable plastic surface layers from different manufacturers.The results show that the higher the value of glue/rubber particle in the sports ground,the lower the mechanical properties of the plastic surface,such as tensile strength and elongation at break;when the value of glue/rubber particle is 1:6.5,the impact absorption of the four materials basically reache the standard of IAAF;when the value of glue/rubber particle is 1:5.5,1:6,1:6.5 and 1:7,the vertical deformation of the four different plastic surface layers are all up to the standard;when the glue/rubber particle value is 1:5.5,1:6,1:6.5 and 1:7,three of the four different plastic surface tensile strength are basically up to the standard;when the glue/rubber particle value is 1:6.5 and 1:7,the elongation at break of four different plastic surface are basically up to the standard;through comprehensive analysis,under the glue/rubber particle value is 1:6.5,the air permeable plastic surface with the highest cost performance can be obtained.
