摘要
目的:通过对精神分裂症患者攻击暴力行为的相关文献进行计量学分析,了解其研究趋势与演变,同时把握研究前沿和热点。方法:运用CiteSpace(5.8.R3)和VOSviewer(1.6.18)对检索到的2590篇英文文献进行知识图谱分析,测量单元包括国家/地区、机构、作者、期刊、共被引文献以及关键词。结果:美国(817篇)发文量最多,其次是英国(412篇)。发文量最多的机构是伦敦国王学院(141篇),其次是卡罗林斯卡学院(75篇)。Seena Fazel(39篇)是最高产的作者,其次是Paul Lichtenstein(18篇)。中国学者项玉涛和王小平也是该领域的活跃研究者,分别发表了16篇和11篇学术论文。Schizophrenia Research(116篇)是发文量最多的期刊,American Journal of Psychiatry(1740次)是被引用最多的期刊。文献共被引网络(2000~2021年)显示出19个结构良好(Q值=0.7724)且高度可信(S值=0.9188)的聚类,涉及药物治疗、发生机制、污名化、犯罪等方面。最近的聚类包括物质使用、神经影像、机器学习、社会认知训练和基因水平。关键词包括冲动性、情绪、童年期虐待和风险评估。结论:本研究识别了兴趣领域的主要动向和关键信息,期望为未来研究提供线索和思路。
Objective:The study aims to explore the research trends and evolution,and identify the research frontiers and hotspots on the topic of aggression and violence in people with schizophrenia by bibliometric analyses.Methods:CiteSpace(version 5.8.R3)and VOSviewer(version 1.6.18)were used to conduct the knowledge-map analysis of 2590 English publications,and units of measure were country/region,institution,author,journal,co-cited reference,keyword.Results:The United States(817 articles)published the most articles,followed by the United Kingdom(412 articles).The institution with the highest publication output was King's College London(141 articles),followed by Karolinska Institutet(75 articles).Seena Fazel was the most prolific author with 39 publications,followed by Paul Lichtenstein with 18 publications.Chinese scholars Xiang Yutao and Wang Xiaoping were also active researchers in this field,having published 16 and 11 academic papers,respectively.The journal with the highest publication output was Schizophrenia Research(116 articles),while the most cited journal was the American Journal of Psychiatry(1740 citations).A total of 19 well-structured(Q=0.7724)and highly reliable(S=0.9188)clusters were identified through citation network analysis from 2000 to 2021,covering topics such as medication,mechanism,stigma,and criminality.Recent clusters included substance use,neuroimaging,
