摘要
目的临床观察冻结肩方内服治疗冻结肩疼痛及活动受限的疗效。方法收集2021年1月—2022年1月在长沙市中医医院门诊就诊的冻结肩患者60例,按就诊顺序编号,采用随机数字表法分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组予以针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以冻结肩方内服。观察2组患者Constant-Murley评分表中的疼痛评分、日常生活能力评分、肩关节各向活动度三项内容的评分变化。结果观察组患者在治疗7 d、治疗14 d后疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,日常生活能力较对照组明显改善,患者患侧肩关节活动度评分大于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冻结肩方内服治疗冻结肩可有效缓解患者肩部疼痛,改善患侧肩关节活动及日常生活能力。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Dongjiejian prescription on pain and mobility restriction.Methods A total of 60 patients with frozen shoulder treated in Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were collected.According to the order of treatment,the patients were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Dongjiejian prescription on the basis of the control group.The score changes of pain score,daily living ability score and shoulder joint anisotropic range of motion in Constant-Murley scale were observed.Results The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 7 days and 14 days of treatment,the ability of daily living was significantly improved,and the motion score of the affected side of the patient was also higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Dongjiejian prescription can effectively relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder joint activity and daily living ability.
