摘要
[目的]观察痹祺胶囊治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。[方法]全部78例病人单纯使用痹祺胶囊治疗4粒/次 ,2次/d ,疼痛剧烈者4粒/次 ,3次/d。全部病例在治疗前后均详细记录疼痛、压痛指数及肩部功能活动范围。[结果]经过治疗临床痊愈15例 ,显效38例 ,有效24例 ,有效率为98.7 % ,愈显率为67.9%。[结论]痹祺胶囊是一种有效、安全、服用方便的药物。
To observe the clinical curative effect of Biqi capsule in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Biqi capsules were administered in all the78patients,4granules,twice a day or three times in severe cases.Pain index,tenderness index and activity ranges of the shoulder before and after treatment were evaluated. Of these patients,15cases were clinically cured,38were obviously treated,24were effective.The total effective rate was98.7%with the obvious curative rate of67.9%.[Conclusion]Biqi capsule is an effective,safe and easy to use drug.
