摘要
癫证是以神志昏蒙、精神抑郁、呆滞寡言等阴性症状为特征的中医神志疾病,可对应于现代医学的单纯型精神分裂症等精神障碍。“痰迷心窍”理论是阐释癫证影响最深远的学说之一,该理论认为癫证多发于素体阴性禀赋痰湿之人,遭七情内伤致痰湿内生,痰阻血运,可能形成痰瘀互结的证候。刘立教授擅用经方化裁,结合现代医学研究理论,凭十余载临证经验,运用祛痰活血法治疗痰瘀互结型癫证。现整理典型医案1则,为临证提供组方启发。
Epilepsy is a mental disease of traditional Chinese medicine characterized by negative symptoms such as coma,depression,dullness and reticence,which can correspond to simple schizophrenia and other mental disorders in modern medicine.The theory of“phlegm confusing the mind”is one of the most far-reaching theories to explain the pathogenesis of epilepsy syndrome.This theory believes that epilepsy mainly occurs in people with negative substance endowment and phlegm dampness,and phlegm dampness is endogenous due to internal injuries of seven emotions,which may block blood circulation,and may form the syndrome of phlegm stasis.Professor Liu Li is good at making use of classical prescriptions,combining modern medical research theory,and relying on more than ten years of clinical experience,Professor Liu Li uses the method of expelling phlegm and promoting blood circulation to treat epilepsy of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type.A typical medical case was sorted out to provide inspiration for clinical practice.
