摘要
高职院校轨道交通类专业主要为轨道交通部门培养应用型技术人才,学生就业前需要掌握工作岗位所需求的职业技能。“岗课赛证”融通综合育人模式在轨道交通类专业中实施,可有效提高轨道交通类专业学生的专业技能水平、职业素养以及岗位适应能力。这就要求高职院校做好以下几个方面:依岗定课,重构课程体系;课证融通,培养核心能力;以赛促教,进行教学改革;多维评价,构建评价机制;双师主导,促进综合育人。
The rail transit majors in vocational colleges mainly cultivate applied technical talents for the rail transit department,and students need to master the vocational skills required for their job positions before employment.Implementing the comprehensive education model of integrating"post course competition certification"into rail transit majors can effectively improve the professional skills,professional literacy,and job adaptability of rail transit students.This requires vocational colleges to do a good job in the following aspects:setting courses according to their positions,restructuring the curriculum system;integrate course certification and cultivate core competencies;promote teaching through competition and carry out teaching reform;multidimensional evaluation,constructing evaluation mechanisms;double teacher led,promoting comprehensive education.
