摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和行动研究法,对高校体育改革进程中践行体教融合的具体状况进行研究,分析践行体教融合困境的具体成因,为高校体育改革进程中有效践行体教融合理念提供优化建议,以推动体育教学高质量发展。研究结果表明,在践行体教融合理念深化高校体育改革进程中存在的现实困境集中表现为,体育技能教育与人文精神教育相脱节、体能健康与心理健康融合不足,以及体育课堂教学地位边缘化,以至于体育教学未能有效转化为学生的健康生活方式,影响了高校体育改革的稳步推进。在推动高校体育教育高质量发展进程中,为真正、有效践行体教融合,需要从政策导向转向学生素养生成,关注学生健康习惯、体育兴趣和体育技能学习等多元目标的培养状况,综合现实教学的客观条件,通过打通高校体教融合的各个环节,从体育品德、健康行为与运动技能等3个维度分别推动教学改革,使体育真正回归育人本质。
By using the method of literature,questionnaire and action research,this paper studies the specific situation of practicing integration of physical education in the process of college physical education reform,analyzes the specific cause of the dilemma of practicing integration of physical education,so as to provide optimization suggestions for effective practice of the concept of integration of physical education in the process of college physical education reform,and promote the high-quality development of physical education teaching.The results show that there are practical difficulties in implementing the concept of integration of physical education to deepen the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,which are mainly manifested as the disconnection between physical skill education and humanistic spirit education,insufficient integration of physical and mental health,and the“marginalization”of physical education classroom teaching,so that physical education teaching fails to effectively transform into students’healthy life style.Finally,it has influenced the steady progress of college sports reform.According to the research,in the process of promoting the high-quality development of physical education in colleges and universities and effectively practice the integration of physical education,it is necessary to shift from policy orientation to the generation of students’literacy,pay attention to the cultivation of multiple goals such as students’healthy habits,sports interests and sports skills learning.Based on the objective conditions of practical teaching,we need to promote teaching reform from the three dimensions of sports morality,healthy behavior and sports skills by connecting all links of the integration of physical education in colleges and universities,so that sports can truly return to the essence of education.
