摘要
传统的配料工艺流程效率低下,严重阻碍了日常生产的快速进行。以某白酒制造企业的自动配料系统为研究对象,根据其生产工艺流程与配料指标要求,设计一套高效生产解决方案。结合工业现场设备实际的运行环境,最终确定采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)实现对整个生产工艺过程的控制。经过实际运用验证,所设计的自动配料装置有效提高了生产效率,该自动配料装置具有一定的通用性,针对其他配料工艺流程,只需要进行简单修改,有着很高的实用价值。
The traditional batching process is inefficient,which seriously hinders the rapid daily production.Taking the automatic batching system of a liquor manufacturing enterprise as the research object,a set of efficient production solutions was designed according to its production process and ingredient index requirements.Combined with the actual operating environment of industrial field equipment,it was finally determined that a programmable logic controller(PLC)was used to control the entire production process.After practical application verification,the designed automatic batching device can effectively improve production efficiency,and this device has certain versatility.For other batching processes,only simple modifications are required,which has high practical value.
