摘要 根据磨线机控制系统的具体控制要求,采用欧姆龙CP1H型PLC作为控制器实现对磨线机的控制。控制系统完成了线芯的启动、装线、磨线、收线、复位等功能设计。采用欧姆龙PLC CX-ONE编程软件,实现对控制系统的软件编程。利用组态王软件设计上位机人机界面,模拟磨线机的工作过程,并对整个控制系统进行实时监控。 According to the specific control requirements of wire grinding machine control system,the CP1 H Omron PLC was utilized to realize the design of the wire grinding machine control system which included the functions such as the starting,mounting,grinding,taking-up and reset of the thread. The language programming was implemented with the Omron PLC CX-ONE. The Kingviewconfiguration was used to design the humanmachine interface,simulate the whole working process and carry out the real-time monitoring.
