摘要
结合实际工作厂房供暖的需要,设计了一个通过组态可视化界面实现触摸屏控制的PLC温度调节装置,包括硬件的整体结构和组态软件的选择。采用PLC代替传统单片机控制热风幕的关断,尤其在恶劣条件下提高了热风幕关断的准确率。并且通过软件实现了GPRS短信功能,包含远程报警和数据传输等,自动化系统中应用该项技术的可行性得到证明。通过组态软件的实现,更好地实现了人机交互可视化界面应用的可行性。最后对装置分别进行了现场实际验证,温度调节的正确率、GPRS短信功能验证实验、组态的实时处理和数据收发正确率均达到了100%。
Combined with the actual heating needs of the work workshop, the PLC temperature controlling device was designed to realize touching screen control by configuration visual interface including the overallstructure of hardware and the selection of configuration software. PLC was used to control the closing of the hotair curtain instead of the traditional single chip microcomputer, and the accuracy of hot air curtain closing wasimproved under bad conditions especially. The GPRS short message function was realized through the software, including longdistance warning and data transmission and so on. The feasibility of applying this technology in the automation system had been proved. Realized by configuration software, it was better to realize theapplication of humancomputer interaction visualization interface. Finally, the device was verified by field practice. The correct rate of temperature regulation, the function verification experiment of GPRS short message,the realtime processing of configuration and the correct rate of data receiving and sending were all up to100%.
