摘要
针对船锚坠落撞击管道的频率问题,基于南海AIS数据对船舶的抛锚作业进行分析,利用DBSCAN算法对船舶抛锚位置进行识别和聚类分析,通过海域划分网格法分配不同集群对应的抛锚作业频率,采用蒙特-卡罗方法计算船舶锚泊对海底管道的碰撞概率,实现对船舶抛锚作业对海底管道碰撞频率的定量评估,建立船舶抛锚作业对海管碰撞频率的计算模型,结果表明,该模型能够基于不同区域的历史AIS数据,提供船舶在不同地点的抛锚频率,进而定量预测船舶抛锚作业对海底管道的碰撞频率,为海底管道的防护措施制定提供依据。
In view of the frequency of ship anchor falling and hitting the pipeline,the anchor dropping operation of the ship was analyzed based on the AIS data of the South China Sea.The DBSCAN algorithm was used to identify and cluster the anchor dropping position of the ship,and the anchor dropping operation frequencies corresponding to different clusters were allocated through the sea area division grid method.The Monte Carlo method was used to calculate the collision probability of the ship anchoring on the submarine pipeline,so as to realize the quantitative evaluation of the collision frequency of the ship anchoring operation on the submarine pipeline.The calculation model of the collision frequency of the ship anchoring operation on the submarine pipeline was established.The results showed that the model can provide the anchoring frequency of ships at different locations based on the historical AIS data of different regions,and predict the collision frequency of ships anchoring operations on submarine pipelines,providing a basis for the formulation of protective measures for submarine pipelines.
