摘要
云南锡业股份公司铜业分公司选矿车间主要处理沉降电炉渣,每年可处理电炉渣400000吨,入选品位0.6-0.9%,产出铜精矿品位20.5%、尾矿品位0.23%,铜回收率可达71.6%。通过生产实践,找到铜精矿品位与铜回收率两者之间的较优平衡点,提高铜回收率至76.5%、尾矿品位降低至0.19%,为生产优化提供参考。
The beneficiation workshop of the Copper Branch of Yunnan Tin Industry Co.,Ltd.mainly deals with settling electric furnace slag.It can process 400000 tons of electric furnace slag annually,with a beneficiation grade of 0.6-0.9%.The output copper concentrate grade is 20.5%,and the tailings grade is 0.23%.The copper recovery rate can reach 71.6%.Through production practice,a better balance between the copper concentrate grade and copper recovery rate has been found,increasing the copper recovery rate to 76.5%and reducing the tailings grade to 0.19%,providing a reference for production optimization.
