摘要
采用XRF,ICP,XRD,SEM/EDS,OM,Mossbauer,DSC/TG等方法研究了大冶有色金属公司反射炉渣的显微结构和铜铁的赋存状态。结果表明,反射炉渣的含铁矿物中磁性氧化铁质量分数仅为32.5%,粒度细小,铁橄榄石含量高,其中的铜、铁、硅矿物紧密共生,相互交织。
By means of XRF, ICP, XRD, SEM/EDS, optical microscopy, Mossbauer, DSC/TG, reverberatory furnace slag from Daye Nonferrous Metals Company has been analyzed for microstructure and compositional properties, in particular the occurrence of Cu and Fe. The results indicate that most iron-bearing mineral in the slag is fayalite and only 32.5 % is tiny magnetite phases. The reverberatory furnace slag is characterized by the intergrowth of copper, iron, and silicon minerals.
