韧性发挥:“民办择校热”治理下的家庭教养行动逻辑

摘要 “民办择校热”折射当今社会弥漫的教育焦虑,“规制—变通”格局下的治理狭缝为家长择校释放空间。家庭教养行动与政策导向的错位背后存在“韧性发挥”的行动逻辑,表现为结构伸缩、关系协调和资源拓展:首先,调整家庭人力结构辅助子女择校,呈现全员协作到一人独揽等多种教养形态;其次,通过施压、感化和诱导使子女配合高强度培优计划,形成亲子之间权力运作下的协调机制;最后,发挥家长潜能,拓展内外资源以提升择校竞争力。“韧性发挥”受到教育政策、家庭伦理以及共享价值和专家知识等制度要素的共同建构,体现家庭应对教育治理的能动性。把握“韧性发挥”的表现与成因,有助于为优化教育治理和缓解教育焦虑提供启示。 “Private school selection fever”reflects the educational anxiety in today's society,and the governance slit under the“regulation flexibility”pattern releases space for parents'school selection.Behind the contradiction between family education action and policy orientation,there is an action logic of“exerting resilience”,which is manifested in structural expansion,relationship coordination and resource expansion:adjusting the family human structure to assist children in school selection,showing a variety of education forms from full cooperation to one person's sole control;Through pressure,influence and inducement,make the children cooperate with the high-intensity training plan to form a coordination mechanism under the power operation between parents and children;Give full play to the potential of parents and expand internal and external resources to enhance the competitiveness of school selection.“Resilience play”is jointly constructed by institutional elements such as educational policy,family ethics,shared value and expert knowledge,which reflects the initiative of families to deal with educational governance.Grasping the performance and causes of“resilience play”will help to provide enlightenment for optimizing educational governance and alleviating educational anxiety.
