摘要
目的探究肾虚型早期先兆流产患者采用加味补肾安胎饮治疗的效果及对血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮、雌二醇的影响。方法选取58例肾虚型早期先兆流产患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组29例。对照组给予黄体酮注射液肌内注射治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予加味补肾安胎饮口服治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后相关激素指标的变化情况、中医证候评分、治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者血清β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平均明显高于治疗前,中医证候评分均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组的血清β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平均明显高于对照组,中医证候评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率96.55%明显高于对照组的72.41%,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾虚型早期先兆流产患者采用加味补肾安胎饮治疗效果确切,能够有效提高患者血清β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平,从而使患者的治疗效果得到提升,并减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To explore the flavored kidney tonic and fetal drink on early threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency type and its effect on serumβ-Human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone and estradiol.Methods 58 cases of early threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency type were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group received intramuscular injection of progesterone injection for treatment,while the treatment group received oral treatment with flavored kidney tonic and fetal drink on this basis.The changes of relevant hormone indicators,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine score before and after treatment,and the treatment effect and the incidence of complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the serum levels ofβ-HCG,progesterone and estradiol in 2 groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the Chinese medicine symptom score was significantly lower than before treatment,and the serum levels ofβ-HCG,progesterone and estradiol in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the Chinese medicine symptom score was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.41%),and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<o.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of flavored kidney tonic and fetal drink on early threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency type is significant,effectively improving the serumβ-HCG,progesterone and estradiol,thus improving the treatment effect of patients and reducing the incidence of complications.
