摘要
目的 探讨司美格鲁肽联合特殊医学用途全营养配方食品对糖尿病肥胖症患者营养指标的影响。方法选择2022年5月—2023年3月在吉林市化工医院治疗的糖尿病肥胖症患者80例为研究对象。采取随机数表法分为对照组和联合组,每组40例。对照组常规治疗;联合组皮下注射司美格鲁肽,另饮用特殊医学用途全营养配方食品。比较两组血糖检测指标、体质指数、营养指标。结果 两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖检测结果和体质指数均低于治疗前,联合组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖检测结果低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组蛋白质和无机盐检测结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 司美格鲁肽联合特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,能够在帮助患者稳定血糖和体质量的同时,保持正常的营养摄入。
Objective To investigate the effect of semaglutide combined with full nutritional formula food for special medical purposes on nutritional indicators of diabetic and obese patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes and obesity who were treated in Jilin Chemical Industry Hospital from May 2022 to March 2023 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and combination group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,the combined group received subcutaneous injection of semaglutide,and drank full nutritional formula food for special medical purposes.Blood glucose index,body mass index and nutrition index were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose detection results and body mass index of two groups were lower than before treatment,and the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose detection results of the combined group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the protein and inorganic salt detection results of the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Semaglutide combined with complete nutritional formula for special medical purposes can help patients stabilize blood glucose and weight while maintaining normal nutritional intake.
