摘要
目的:探究肺结节患者中医体质状态,为中医治疗肺结节奠定基础。方法:选取2020年9月1日—2022年3月31日北京中医药大学东方医院340例肺结节患者,制定调查问卷,通过问卷调查法调查患者一般情况、肺结节性质及大小、体质状态和中医证候等。结果:肺结节患者出现体质状态判定为偏颇体质的患者占全体研究对象的76.47%(260/340),以阳虚质、气虚质、痰湿质、气郁质为主要体质状态,且多数患者呈多种偏颇体质并存状态。对不同性质结节患者的体质状态进行分析比较,实性结节患者偏颇体质分布主要以痰湿质、气虚质、阳虚质、湿热质为主;磨玻璃结节、混合磨玻璃结节患者则以阳虚质占比最高。结论:肺结节患者体质状态不同,可从患者体质着手进行中药干预。
Objective:To explore the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physique of patients with pulmonary nodules for laying a foundation for TCM treatment of pulmonary nodules.Methods:A total of 340 patients with pulmonary nodules were selected from Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from September 1st 2020 to March 31st 2022.A questionnaire was developed to investigate the general conditions of patients,the nature and size of pulmonary nodules,their physical status and TCM symptoms and syndromes.Results:The patients with pulmonary nodules who were determined as biased constitution accounted for 76.47%(260/340)of the total study subjects,with yang-deficiency constitution,qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,and qi-depression constitution as the main constitution states.Most of the patients had a variety of constitutions.The constitution of patients with different types of nodules was analyzed and compared.The constitution of patients with solid nodules was mainly phlegm-dampness,qi-deficiency,yang-deficiency and damp-heat.In patients with ground glass nodules and mixed ground glass nodules,the proportion of yang deficiency was the highest.Conclusion:Pulmonary nodules can be treated effectively according to their different TCM constitution states.
