摘要
《中成药治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床应用指南》由北京中医药大学东方医院、北京大学第一医院牵头,联合全国29家三级甲等医院及高校、科研院所共同制定,2022年12月发表于《中华消化杂志》。该指南针对不同严重程度、治疗目标定位下的中成药口服和(或)灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎提出了12条推荐意见,推荐口服及灌肠中成药6种。本文将从该指南的制定背景、方法以及相关内容进行解读。
The Clinical Application Guidelines on Chinese Patent Medicine in the Treatment for Ulcerative Colitis was led by Dongfang Hospital Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Peking University First Hospital, and jointly formulated by 29 tertiary hospitals, universities and research institutes across the country. It was published in the Chinese Journal of Digestion in December 2022. The guidelines put forward 12 recommendations for the oral and enema of proprietary Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of ulcerative colitis with different severity and treatment goals, and a total of six oral and enema proprietary Chinese patent medicines were recommended. This article will Interpret the background, methodology and related content of the guidelines.
