摘要
生产性服务业集聚能有效发挥集聚经济外部性,是增强经济韧性和实现经济高质量发展的重要途径。本文基于2003—2019年黄河流域58个城市面板数据,运用相关模型深入分析生产性服务业集聚与城市经济韧性间的关系。研究发现:(1)生产性服务业专业化集聚与多样化集聚对城市经济韧性均有显著影响,且这一影响分别呈现出“U”形和倒“U”形的演进趋势;(2)不同地区的影响存在差异,专业化集聚对黄河中游影响最为显著,多样化集聚对黄河上游影响最为显著;(3)进一步机制分析表明,环境规制和政府政策支持在生产性服务业集聚与城市经济韧性间表现为“U”形调节机制。因此,在新发展阶段,应重视生产性服务业集聚在黄河流域高质量发展中的作用机制。
The agglomeration of productive service industries can effectively bring into play agglomeration economic externalities,which is an important way to enhance economic resilience and achieve high-quality economic development.Based on the panel data of 58 cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2003 to 2019,this paper uses a relevant model to analyze the relationship between productive service industry agglomeration and urban economic resilience in depth.It is found that:(1)Both specialization and diversification of productive service industries have a significant impact on the economic resilience of cities,and this impact shows a U-shaped trend of"first depressing and then increasing"and"first increasing and then depressing"respectively;(2)There are differences in the effects of different regions,with the most significant effect of specialized agglomeration on the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the most significant effect of diversified agglomeration on the upper reaches of the Yellow River;(3)Further analysis of the mechanism shows that environmental regulation and government support show a U-shaped adjustment mechanism between productive service industry concentration and urban economic resilience.Therefore,in the new development stage,attention should be paid to the mechanism of the role of productive service industry agglomeration in the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
