摘要
目的探讨龙血通络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀及阿司匹林对老年脑梗死患者血脂及颈动脉斑块的影响。方法将201例存在颈动脉斑块的脑梗死老年患者分为常规治疗组(服用阿司匹林和阿托伐他汀)以及龙血通络胶囊组(服用龙血通络胶囊联合阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀),比较两组用药前后血脂指标、颈总动脉收缩期流速及斑块Crouse积分的变化。结果与治疗前比较,常规治疗组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及龙血通络胶囊联合组治疗后三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、LDL-C水平均显著降低(P<0.05~0.01)。两组治疗前TG、TC、LDL-C水平差异无统计意义(均P>0.05)。与常规治疗组比较,龙血通络胶囊组治疗后TC、LDL-C水平显著降低(均P<0.05),LDL-C下降百分率显著升高(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,常规治疗组及龙血通络胶囊组治疗后收缩期血流速度显著升高,龙血通络胶囊组治疗后斑块Crouse积分显著降低(均P<0.05)。与常规治疗组比较,龙血通络胶囊组治疗后斑块Crouse积分显著降低(P<0.01)。结论在阿托伐他汀及阿司匹林基础上加用龙血通络胶囊,能进一步降低血脂水平,改善颈动脉斑块。
Objective To investigate the influence of Longxue Tongluo capsule combined with atorvastatin and aspirin on blood fat and carotid plaques in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Two hundred and one elderly cerebral infarction patients with carotid plaque were divided into routine treatment group(taking aspirin and atorvastatin)and Longxue Tongluo capsule group(taking Longxue Tongluo capsule combined with aspirin and atorvastatin).The changes of blood fat index,carotid systolic velocity and Crouse plaque score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with those before treatment,the level of low⁃density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL⁃C)in routine treatment group and the levels of triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and LDL⁃C in Longxue Tongluo capsule group were significantly lower(P<0.05-0.01).There was no significant difference in levels of TG,TC and LDL⁃C between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).Compared with those in routine treatment group,the levels of TC and LDL⁃C in Longxue Tongluo capsule group were significantly decreased after treatment(all P<0.05),and the reduction rate of LDL⁃C was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with those before treatment,the carotid systolic velocity in routine treatment group and Longxue Tongluo capsule group were significantly increased after treatment,and the Crouse plaque score in Longxue Tongluo capsule group were significantly decreased after treatment(all P<0.05).Compared with that in routine treatment group,Crouse plaque score in Longxue Tongluo capsule group was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Longxue Tongluo capsule on the basis of atorvastatin and aspirin can further reduce blood lipid levels and improve carotid plaque.
