摘要
Mg/Al复合材料属于异种轻金属复合材料,制备工艺大致可分为固-固相复合、固-液相复合和液-液相复合,材料的关键在于复合界面的结合强度,复合界面以金属间化合物为主,优化方案应按照相应的复合机理实施。本文综述了Mg/Al复合材料的制备工艺,对复合机理进行解析,并提出相应的优化方案,总结近几年研究学者们的成果。最后提出制备Mg/Al复合材料的问题并提出相应的建议。
Mg/Al composites belong to heterogeneous light metal composites,the preparation process can be roughly divided into solid-solid phase composite,solid-liquid phase composite and liquid-liquid phase composite,the key of the material lies in the bonding strength of the composite interface,the composite interface is dominated by intermetallic compounds,the optimization scheme should be implemented in accordance with the corresponding composite mechanism.This paper reviews the preparation process of Mg/Al composites,analyzes the composite mechanism,and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme,and summarizes the results of research scholars in recent years.Finally,the problems in the preparation of Mg/Al composites are presented and corresponding suggestions are made.
