浇注温度和Ni涂层对消失模铸造Al/Mg双金属界面组织的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Pouring Temperature and Ni Coating on Interfacial Microstructure of Al/Mg Bimetal Prepared by Lost Foam Casting

摘要 采用等离子喷涂工艺在A356铝合金表面制备Ni涂层,并使用消失模铸造固-液复合Al/Mg双金属,通过扫描电镜、能谱仪等手段,研究不同浇注温度和Ni涂层对消失模铸造Al/Mg双金属组织的影响。结果表明,在相同工艺条件下,含Ni涂层的Al/Mg双金属界面厚度比不含Ni涂层的显著变薄,界面相组成也发生改变。浇注温度对含Ni涂层Al/Mg双金属的界面组织与成分也有影响,界面层厚度随浇注温度升高而增加,当浇注温度为730℃时能够获得较优良的界面组织。 The lost foam casting(LFC) process was used to prepare the solid-liquid compound of Al/Mg bimetal with a Ni coating on the surface of A536 aluminium alloy prepared by plasma spraying technology, and the effects of pouring temperature and Ni coating on interfacial microstructure of Al/Mg bimetal were investigated with the help of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results reveal that the interface layer thickness of the Al/Mg bimetal with Ni coating is less than that of one without a Ni coating under the same conditions, and the compositions of the interface layer of the Al/Mg bimetal with Ni coating are also different from that of one without Ni coating. The pouring temperature also has a prominent influence on the interfacial microstructure and compositions of the Al/Mg bimetal with Ni coating. The thickness of interface layer is increased with the increase of the pouring temperature, and a acceptable interfacial microstructure can be obtained at 730 ℃.
