摘要
钙离子是细胞内的第二信使,是细胞生长和增殖的主要动力也是细胞凋亡的主要因素,几乎参与细胞整个生命过程,通过相关的钙通道、泵和交换器控制钙离子调节的稳态,调节前列腺癌(Prostate cancer,PCa)的细胞生长和增殖、迁移、凋亡、耐药及自噬过程。本文通过相关钙离子通道与前列腺癌之间的关系,重点论述钙离子在前列腺癌中的作用及调控机制,发现抗癌治疗的潜在靶点及信号传导过程,从而发挥对前列腺癌的治疗作用。
Calcium ion is the second messenger in cells,the main driving force of cell growth and proliferation,and the main factor of cell apoptosis.It almost participates in the whole life process of cells.It controls the steady state of calcium ion regulation through related calcium channels,pumps and exchangers,and regulates the cell growth and proliferation,migration,apoptosis,drug resistance and autophagy process of prostate cancer(PCa).Through the relationship between calcium channels and PCa,this paper focuses on the role and regulatory mechanism of calcium in PCa,and finds the potential target and signal transduction process of anticancer therapy,so as to play a therapeutic role in prostate cancer.
