摘要
“三个务必”是党的二十大报告中首次提出的党建理论创新成果,亦是研究新时代党建话语体系构建的优秀视角。“三个务必”的提出彰显出新时代党建话语体系构建生成的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑,其科学内涵体现了新时代党建话语体系构建过程中理论逻辑和现实逻辑相结合、继承性和创新性相结合及教育目的与宣传目的相融合的重要原则。新时代面临新的党建形势,优化提出机制、创新话语表达及拓展传播平台是新时代党建话语体系构建的有效途径。
"Three Musts"is the theoretical innovation of Party building proposed for the first time in the report of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and it is also an excellent perspective for studying the construction of the discourse system of Party building in the new era.The proposal of"Three Musts"highlights the theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic of such a construction,and its scientific connotation reflects the important principles of combining theoretical logic and realistic logic,fusing inheritance and innovation,and integrating the educational purposes with the publicity purposes in the process of constructing the discourse system of Party building in the new era.Facing the new situation in the new era,optimizing the proposal mechanism,innovating discourse expression and expanding the communication platform are effective ways to build the discourse system of Party building.
