摘要
基于企业铣削产品的加工需求,需有效提高机器人铣削去毛刺的加工效率。结合自动化理念建立机器人铣削去毛刺加工效率提升系统,以机器人参数化分析算法为内核算法,参考实际生产需求进行铣削机器人的结构设计和数字化自动控制系统的构建,并通过对比试验验证该方法的有效性。研究表明,应用机器人铣削去毛刺加工效率的优化方法后,铣削毛刺的高度相较于改善前有明显提升。
Based on the processing requirements of milling products in enterprises,it is necessary to effectively improve the processing efficiency of robot milling to remove burrs.Based on the concept of automation,this paper establishes a robot mliilng deburring processing efficiency improvement system.The robot parametric analysis algorithm is taken as the core algorithm,and the structure design of the milling robot and the constructiono f the digital automatic control system are carried out with rfeerence to the actual production demand.The effectiveness of this metohd is verified by comparative experiments.The research showsh tat the height of burrs in milling is obviously improved after the optimization method of burr removal by robot milling is applied.
