摘要
目的分析老年反流性食管炎伴功能性消化不良应用雷贝拉唑与复方消化酶胶囊联合治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析2020年2月—2023年2月北京水利医院的100例老年反流性食管炎伴功能性消化不良患者的临床资料,依据用药方法分为雷贝拉唑与复方消化酶胶囊联合治疗组(联合用药组)、雷贝拉唑单独治疗组(单独用药组),各50例。统计分析两组治疗效果。结果联合用药组患者的内镜下分级0级高于单独用药组,1级、2级、3级占比均低于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组的症状积分、酸反流次数、酸暴露时间、餐后胃排空率、肠排空率、胃动力学、食管动力学数据均优于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组总有效率为98.00%,高于单独用药组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合用药组患者的餐后烧灼感、早饱感、饱胀感、腹部疼痛消失时间均短于单独用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年反流性食管炎伴功能性消化不良应用雷贝拉唑与复方消化酶胶囊联合治疗的效果较雷贝拉唑单独治疗好。
Objective To analyze the effect of rabeprazole combined with compound digestive enzyme capsule in the treatment of senile reflux esophagitis with functional dyspepsia.Methods Clinical data of 100 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis accompanied by functional dyspepsia in Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to medication methods,they were divided into rabeprazole combined with compound digestive enzyme capsule treatment group(combined medication group)and rabeprazole alone treatment group(single medication group),with 50 cases each.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results The endoscopic grading of grade in the combined medication group 0 was higher than in the single medication group,and the ratio of grade 1,2 and 3 were lower than those in the single medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom score,acid reflux times,acid exposure time,postprandial gastric emptying rate,intestinal emptying rate,gastric dynamics and esophageal dynamics data of the combined medication group were superior to those of the single medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the single treatment group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The disappearance time of post-meal burning,early satiety,fullness and abdominal pain in the combined medication group were shorter than those in the single medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rabeprazole combined with compound digestive enzyme capsule is better than that of rabeprazole alone in the treatment of senile reflux esophagitis with functional dyspepsia.
