摘要
目的探究旋覆代赭汤加减与雷贝拉唑联合对老年反流性食管炎患者中医证候及胃肠激素的影响.方法选择2020年4月—2022年3月本院收治的74例老年反流性食管炎患者为研究对象,依据治疗方案不同分成对照组(n=37)与研究组(n=37).对照组采用雷贝拉唑治疗,研究组采用雷贝拉唑联合旋覆代赭汤加减治疗,均持续治疗8周.比较两组临床疗效,两组治疗前后中医证候积分、胃泌素(GAS)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平,并统计不良反应发生率.结果研究组的治疗总有效率为91.89%,显著高于对照组的70.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组中医证候积分、VIP水平均低于对照组,GAS水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论老年反流性食管炎予以旋覆代赭汤加减与雷贝拉唑联合治疗的疗效明确,可更好的促进临床症状及患者胃肠功能改善,且安全性高.
Objective To explore the effects of combination of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction and rabeprazole on TCM syndromes and gastrointestinal hormones in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into a control group(n=37)and a study group(n=37)according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with rabeprazole,and the study group was treated with rabeprazole combined with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,gastrin(GAS)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 91.89%,which was significantly higher than 70.27%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score and VIP level in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and GAS level were higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction and rabeprazole for elderly reflux esophagitis has clear curative effect,which can better promote clinical symptoms and improve gastrointestinal function of patients with high safety.
