摘要
目的评估氨溴索+盐酸丙卡特罗应用在小儿支原体肺炎(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)中的效果及对患儿肺功能、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月山东省聊城市肿瘤医院儿科收治的94例MP患儿为研究对象,参照随机数表法划分对照组(47例,采用常规治疗方案)、观察组(47例,在对照组基础上加用氨溴索+盐酸丙卡特罗),评价组间治疗有效率、肺功能、血清炎症因子、免疫功能、症状消失时间。结果较之对照组(80.85%),观察组治疗有效率(95.74%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.045,P<0.05);治疗1周后,观察组肺功能、免疫功能(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+))更高,血清炎症因子更低,并且症状消失时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对MP患儿行氨溴索+盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,可以调节炎性因子水平,增强免疫功能及肺功能,尽快缓解症状,提高治疗有效率,值得推广。
Objective To assess the effect of ambroxol+procaterol Hydrochloride application in pediatric Mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)and its impact on pulmonary and immune function in children.Methods 94 cases of MP children admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Liaocheng Cancer Hospital in Shandong Province from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected for the study,and were divided into the control group(47 cases,the conventional treatment plan was used),and the observation group(47 cases,aminoglutethimide+procaterol hydrochloride was added on the basis of the control group)with reference to the method of randomized numerical table,and the effective rate of treatment,lung function,serum inflammation factor,immune function,and time of symptom disappearance were evaluated between the groups.Results Compared with the control group(80.85%),the observation group had a higher treatment efficiency(95.74%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.045,P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the observation group had higher lung function and immune function(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+),CD3^(+)),lower serum inflammatory factor,and shorter symptom disappearance time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of children with MP with aminoglutethimide+procaterol hydrochloride can regulate the level of inflammatory factors,enhance the immune function and lung function,alleviate symptoms as soon as possible,and improve the therapeutic efficiency,which is worthy of promotion.
