摘要
为解决常规聚晶金刚石复合片钻头在深部非均质地层钻进及定向时机械钻速低、造斜率低、工具面不稳等问题,设计一种具有复合切削结构的新型高造斜率钻头。新型钻头以圆柱形聚晶金刚石复合片为主切削齿、锥型齿为副切削齿,二者同轨布齿并保持一定的出露高差,具有定向效果好、破岩效率高的特点。在涪陵页岩气深部储层进行的试验表明:与邻井使用效果最好的史密斯MDi516钻头相比,新型钻头机械钻速同比提高33.8%,造斜段钻进效率提高34.9%,具有显著的经济及社会效益。
Aiming at low ROP,low build rate and unstable tool face when the conventional polycrystalline diamond compact drill bit works and results in the deep heterogeneous formations,a new type of high build rate drill bit with composite cutting structure is designed.The new type of drill bit uses the cylindrical composite piece as the main cutting element,and the conical tooth as the auxiliary cutting element.The two are arranged on the same rail and maintain a certain exposure height difference and tested at Fuling shale gas deep reservoir.The results show that compared with the Smith MDi516 bit in offset wells,the ROP of the new bit is increased by 33.8%year-on-year,and the drilling efficiency of the deflection section is increased by 34.9%,which has obvious economic and social benefits.
