锥形聚晶金刚石复合片钻头(PDC)齿与常规PDC齿破岩效果对比试验 被引量:12

摘要 为对比分析锥形PDC齿与常规PDC齿在不同岩样上的破岩效果,通过单齿破岩试验,分析了不同磨损高度的常规PDC齿与锥形PDC齿在钻压影响下的破岩规律。结果表明:在一定的钻压下,锥形齿在钻进硬度较小的岩石(灰板岩、绿板岩、大理岩)时,相比无磨损PDC复合片的切削深度较小,但远大于磨损了的PDC复合片的切深;随着岩石硬度的增大,锥形齿的切削深度越接近无磨损的PDC齿;在钻进较硬的岩石(石灰岩、玄武岩)时,当钻压小于某一值时,锥形齿的切削深度小于无磨损PDC复合片;当钻压大于该值时,锥形齿的切削深度则大于无磨损PDC复合片。试验结果为复合片-锥形齿混合钻头设计提供了理论支撑。 In order to compare the rock breaking effect of conical PDC cutters and conventional PDC cutters,the influences was analyzed of wear height,rock sample,weight on bit( WOB) and others factors of rock breaking of conical PDC cutter and conventional PDC cutter,through single cutter rock breaking test. The results showed that,given the certain WOB,when drilling soft rocks( grey slate,green slate,marble),cutting depth of concial PDC cutter is less than the new conventional PDC cutters',but is better than wear conventional PDC cutters'. With the increase of rock hardness,the cutting depth of concial PDC cutter approximates to new conventional PDC cutters'.When drilling hard rocks( limestone or basalt),if WOB is less than a certain value,the cutting depth of new conventional PDC cutter is better than the conical PDC cutters',but if WOB is more than this certain value,cutting depth of concial PDC cutter is better than new conventional PDC cutters'. The experimental results could provide reference for the design of hybrid bit.
