摘要
当前新型城镇化进程不断推进,各大城市已进入都市圈快速发展阶段。都市圈打破城市内部区域划分,促进区域间联通互动,加速各类要素流动,促使以人口为核心的资源集聚与合理分配,推动区域高质量发展。我国当前有34个都市圈,分为成熟型、发展型和培育型,河北省会都市圈处于培育型阶段。从人口集聚效应的角度对河北省会都市圈进行分析发现,中心城市在人口规模、经济产业和公共服务方面有较好的基础,人口集聚现象依然存在。但是河北省会都市圈与其他省会都市圈相比还有一些欠缺,具体体现在人口数量和质量、城市活力和产业分工等方面,这些都是影响河北省会都市圈未来人口和人才集聚的重要因素。因此需要在调整人口政策、优化产业结构、强化核心城市地位、增强城市繁荣程度等四个方面加快河北省会都市圈向好发展。
At present,the new urbanization process continues to advance,and major cities have opened a stage of rapid development of metropolitan areas.The metropolitan area breaks the concept of intra-city regional formation,promotes inter-regional connectivity and interaction,accelerates the flow of various factors,facilitates the concentration and rational distribution of resources with population as the core,and promotes regional high-quality development.At present,there are 34 metropolitan areas in China,which are divided into mature,developing and cultivating types,and the metropolitan area of Hebei Province is in the cultivating stage.The analysis of the metropolitan area of Hebei Province from the perspective of population agglomeration effect reveals that the central cities have a good foundation in terms of population size,economic industry and public services,and the phenomenon of population agglomeration still exists.However,compared with other provincial capital metropolitan areas,there are still some deficiencies in the quantity and quality of population,urban vitality and industrial division of labor,which are important factors affecting the future population and talent concentration in Shijiazhuang metropolitan area.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the development of the metropolitan area in Hebei Province by adjusting the population policy,optimizing the industrial structure,strengthening the status of core cities,and enhancing the prosperity of cities in four aspects.
