摘要
人机协同教育正在日益成为一种教育常态。人机协同赋能教育更公平、更高质发展的前提是教师人机协同行为符合伦理要求,对教师人机协同行为的伦理规范进行探究是现有人工智能对教育的伦理影响研究的具化。教师人机协同行为中存在着技术崇拜遮蔽教育本质、技用劣势导致信息代沟、人机共教引发数字鸿沟和隐私泄露侵犯学生权利等伦理问题。针对这些伦理问题,教师人机协同行为应追求“不伤害”“教育性”“公平性”和“效益性”四种价值旨趣。基于此,教师在人机协同过程中应遵循不伤害学生、教会学生自我保护且不伤害他人、避免教育误判、有利于全体学生可持续成长、实施弱势补偿、消除信息代沟和提高教育效能等基本伦理规范。如上价值旨趣与伦理规范构成了教师人机协同行为伦理框架。作为教师专业成长的重要内容,教师人机协同行为伦理素养需要从教育、技术和伦理三维度来修炼提升。
Human-computer collaborative education is becoming a new norm of education.The prerequi-site of human-computer collaboration to empower education for fairer and higher-quality development of educa-tion is that teachers’human-computer collaborative behaviors are ethical.And the exploration of the ethical norms of teachers’human-computer collaborative behaviors is the embodiment of the existing research on the ethical impact of artificial intelligence on education.There are some ethical problems in teachers’human-computer collaborative behaviors,such as the essence of education obscured by technology worship,informa-tion generation gap led by technology application disadvantages,the digital divide caused by human-computer co-teaching,and students’rights infringed by privacy disclosure.To address these ethical issues,teachers should pursue the value purport of being“harmless”,“educational”,“fair”,and“effective”in collaborative human-computer behaviors.On that basis,during human-computer collaboration,teachers should follow the basic ethical norms of not harming students,teaching students to protect themselves and not harming others,a-voiding educational misjudgment,facilitating the sustainable growth of all students,implementing compensa-tion for the disadvantaged,eliminating information generation gap and improving educational efficiency.The a-bove value purport and ethical norms constitute the ethical framework of teachers’human-computer collabora-tive behaviors.As an important part of teachers’professional growth,teachers’human-computer collaborative behavior ethics need to be cultivated and improved from three dimensions:education,technology and ethics.
