基于超声射频技术评价2型糖尿病患者颈动脉功能及相关风险因素研究

摘要 分析在2型糖尿病患者颈动脉功能评价以及相关因素分析中超声射频技术的应用及价值。选取在任丘市人民医院接受治疗并确诊,且资料完整的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,共80例,根据患者的实际情况将其分为两组,A组(单纯2型糖尿病),B组(2型糖尿病合并高脂血症),两组均属于疾病组;同期选择接受健康体检的健康者50例分入参照组。所有的患者均接受颈动脉检查,分别采用QIMT技术、QAS技术完成相关检查。结果显示,A组和B组即疾病组患者IMT值,弹性系数β和弹性系数α,PWV值均呈现升高趋势(P<0.05);A组和B组相比,患者之间的IMT、CC和DC无明显差异(P>0.05);但两组患者的弹性系数β、弹性系数α、PWV相比,单纯组明显较高(P<0.05)。所有患者的IMT与血糖的变化有相关性。B组合并高脂血症患者和参照组健康者的血糖和IMT之间呈正相关关系。研究发现,早期采用超声射频信号技术可准确发现2型糖尿病患者的颈动脉功能变化和结构变化,可作为临床血糖水平控制的重要依据,从而避免糖尿病患者发生心脑血管事件,使其病情得到良好控制。 The application and value of ultrasound radiofrequency technology in the evaluation of carotid artery function and relat-ed factors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were analyzed.A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes who received treatment and diagnosis in Renqiu People’s Hospital and had complete data were selected as the research objects,which were divided into two groups according to the actual situation of the patients,group A(simple type 2 diabetes)and group B(type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia),both groups belonged to the disease group;During the same period,50 healthy people who chose to undergo health examination were enrolled in the reference group.All patients underwent carotid artery examination,and the relevant exam-inations were completed using QIMT technology and QAS technology.The results showed that the IMT value,elastic coeffi ientβandαelasticity coeffi ient of patients in group A and group B,namely the disease group,showed an increasing trend(P<0.05),and there was no signifi cant difference between IMT,CC and DC between patients in group A and group B(P>0.05),but the elastic co-effi ientβ,elastic coeffi ientαand PWV of the two groups were signifi cantly higher(P<0.05).IMT was associated with changes in blood glucose in all patients.There was a positive correlation between blood glucose and IMT in combination B and hyperlipidemia patients and healthy people in the reference group.The study found that the early use of ultrasound radio frequency signal technol-ogy can accurately detect the functional and structural changes of carotid artery in patients with type 2 diabetes,which can be used as an important basis for clinical blood glucose level control,so as to avoid cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in diabetic patients and control their condition well.
