摘要
目的探讨高血压人群中感染幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)是否会影响颈动脉粥样硬化。方法收集2020年1~12月在包头医学院第二附属医院体检的10017例患者资料,筛查出高血压患者3332例。其中有颈动脉粥样硬化的高血压患者590例为病例组,随机选取无颈动脉粥样硬化的高血压患者590例为对照组。应用SPSS统计分析高血压人群中幽门螺杆菌与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。结果病例组与对照组在HP感染率、年龄等方面存在显著差异;匹配年龄分组后两组在HP感染率仍存在差异。感染HP与高血压颈动脉粥样硬化的发生有关,但HP的感染程度与颈动脉粥样硬化的程度无关。结论感染HP是高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的危险因素。
Objective To investigate whether Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection in a hypertensive population affects carotid atherosclerosis.Methods Data were collected from 10 017 people who underwent a physical examination at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from January 2020 to December 2020, and 3 332 hypertensive people were obtained after screening. Among them, A total of 590 hypertensive patients with carotid atherosclerosis were used as the case group, and 590 cases were randomly selected among hypertensive patients without carotid atherosclerosis as the control group. The relationship between Helicobacter.Results There were significant differences between the case group and the control group in terms of HP infection rate and age;the two groups still differed in HP infection rate after matching age groups.Infection with HP was associated with the development of carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients, but the degree of HP infection was not related to the degree of carotid atherosclerosis.Conclusions Infection with H. pylori is a risk factor for carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients.
