摘要
探究全面护理对老年股骨骨折患者手术应激反应及并发症的影响。选取2021年12月—2022年12月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的84例老年股骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各42例。对照组患者运用基础护理模式,观察组患者在对照组基础上,运用全面护理模式。对比两组患者护理干预前和出院前的手术应激反应指标和并发症发生率。结果显示,护理干预前,两组患者手术应激反应指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前,观察组患者应激反应指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用全面护理模式能促进老年股骨骨折患者恢复,减轻其手术的应激反应,进一步减少并发症,值得临床推广。
Explore the impact of comprehensive nursing on surgical stress response and complications in elderly patients with femoral fractures.84 elderly patients with femoral fractures admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group patients used basic nursing mode,while the observation group patients used comprehensive nursing mode on the basis of the control group.Compare the surgical stress response indicators and incidence of complications between two groups of patients before nursing intervention and before discharge.The results showed that there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in surgical stress response indicators between the two groups of patients before nursing intervention(P>0.05);Before discharge,the stress response indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that adopting a comprehensive nursing model can promote the recovery of elderly patients with femoral fractures,reduce their stress response during surgery,and further reduce complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
