一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病预测的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 一氧化碳中毒(COP)是中国致死致残率较高的中毒性疾病之一,其引发的神经系统后遗症众多,以COP迟发性脑病(DEACMP)较为多见。其病程迁延难愈,是临床上的棘手问题。因此,早期预测DEACMP的发生,尽早进行干预性治疗可减轻DEACMP患者的痛苦,甚至可以避免DEACMP的发生。文中从临床表现、量表评估及影像学指标等角度总结了近年预测DEACMP的方法,希望为DEACMP的治疗及预测做出贡献。 Carbon monoxide poisoning(COP)is one of the toxic diseases with high mortality and disability rate in China,which causes many neurological sequela.Delayed encephalopathy after acute CO poisoning(DEACMP)is more common.Its prolonged course is difficult to cure,which is a difficult problem in clinical practice.Early prediction of the occurrence of DEACMP and intervention treatment can reduce the pain caused by DEACMP,and even avoid the occurrence of DEACMP.The methods of predicting DEACMP in recent years from the perspective of clinical manifestations,scale evaluation and imaging indicators were summarized to contribute to the treatment and prediction of DEACMP.
