摘要
目的了解新疆玛纳斯县居民血脂和血糖(blood glucose,GLU)水平,分析与民族、性别及年龄的相关性。方法选取2020年3—12月于清流县支援新疆的对口医院行全民免费健康体检的新疆玛纳斯县本地居民共5682名作为研究对象,依据民族分为汉族组(5099例)及少数民族组(583例),依据性别分为男性组(2696例)及女性组(2986例),依据年龄分为<45岁组(1592例)、45~60岁组(3184例)及≥60岁组(906例),检测GLU、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)和总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)水平,并分析与不同民族、性别及年龄的相关性。结果汉族人群GLU及TG水平明显高于少数民族人群,而TC水平则显著低于少数民族人群(P<0.05)。男性GLU及TG水平明显高于女性,而TC水平则显著低于女性(P<0.05)。GLU、TC及TG水平均与年龄呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论不同民族、不同性别、不同年龄人群的GLU及血脂水平差异有统计学意义,应针对不同人群进行疾病预防时应制定个体化策略。
Objective To investigate the blood lipid and blood glucose(GLU)levels of residents in Xinjiang and to analyze the correlation between the levels and ethnic group,gender and age.Methods A total of 5682 local residents of Manas County,Xinjiang,who received free health check-ups in the counterpart hospital supporting Xinjiang in Qingliu County from March to December 2020,were selected as the study objects.They were divided into han group(5099 cases)and minority group(583 cases)according to ethnic group,and male group(2696 cases)and female group(2986 cases)according to gender.According to their age,they were divided into<45 years old group(1592 cases),45-60 years old group(3184 cases)and≥60 years old group(906 cases).The levels of GLU,triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)were detected,and their correlation with different ethnic groups,genders and ages was analyzed.Results The levels of GLU and TG in han population were significantly higher than those in minority population,while TC level was significantly lower than that in minority population(P<0.05).The levels of GLU and TG in males were significantly higher than those in females,while TC level was significantly lower than that in females(P<0.05).GLU,TC and TG levels were positively correlated with age(P<0.05).Conclusions There are differences in GLU and lipid levels in different ethnic groups,different genders and different ages.Individualized prevention strategies should be formulated for different groups.
