摘要
以某汽车仪表板支架为研究对象,采用正交试验对成形工艺最优参数组合进行分析及数值模拟研究,结果表明:采用正交试验进行工艺优化,可快速获得最优工艺参数组合,减少数值模拟次数,提升工艺设计效率,并推测出关键工艺参数对成形结果影响权重。
An automobile instrument panel bracket was chosen as the research object of this study.Based on orthogonal test method,the optimal parameter combination of forming process was analyzed and numerically simulated.The results show that if orthogonal test method was used during forming numerically simulated the optimal combination of process parameters can be obtained quickly,the number of numerical simulation times can be reduced,the efficiency of process design can be improved,and the influence weights of key process parameters on the forming results can be deduced.
