基于Dynaform的前防撞梁回弹分析及模具补偿研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对高强钢制件冲压成形后的回弹问题,采用Dynaform有限元分析软件对某汽车前防撞梁成形过程进行了数值模拟,研究了其回弹规律并对回弹进行了控制。采用正交试验法研究了压边力、冲压速度、摩擦因数和模具间隙对回弹的影响,获得最优工艺参数优化组合为:压边力为1300 kN、摩擦因数为0.17、模具间隙为1.05 t、冲压速度为1000 mm·s-1。对防撞梁模具进行了回弹补偿,经过4次迭代补偿,将前防撞梁的最大回弹量降至0.46 mm。以补偿后的模具型面进行实际冲压试验,得到了成形结果良好的前防撞梁制件,实际最大回弹量为0.5 mm,满足制件的回弹要求,实际回弹值与模拟回弹数据误差为8.7%,证明了本次有限元模拟分析的可行性和准确性。 Aiming at the springback problem of high strength steel parts after stamping forming,the forming process of the front anti-collision beam of an automobile was numerically simulated by Dynaform finite element analysis software,and the springback law was studied and the springback was controlled.The effects of blank holder force,stamping speed,friction factor and die clearance on springback were studied by orthogonal tests.The optimal combination of process parameters was obtained as follows:blank holder force of 1300 kN,friction factor of 0.17,die clearance of 1.05 t,stamping speed of 1000 mm·s-1.The springback compensation of front anti-collision beam die was carried out,and after 4 iterations of compensation,the maximum springback amount of front anti-collision beam was reduced to 0.46 mm.The actual stamping test was carried out with the compensated die surface,and the front anti-collision beam parts with good forming results were obtained.The actual maximum springback amount value is 0.5 mm,which meets the springback requirements of the parts,and the error between the actual springback value and the simulated springback data is 8.7%.The feasibility and accuracy of the finite element simulation analysis were verified.
