摘要
在现代汽车制造领域中,螺纹连接防松技术是汽车装配过程中最基础、应用最广泛、标准化程度最高的连接技术,螺纹连接结构的可靠性关系到汽车的总体性能好坏,特别底盘等部位的高强度螺纹连接结构,更是关系到汽车的行驶安全性。考虑到汽车应用市场的高要求以及节能环保需求,文章从多方面分析了影响螺栓的防松性能的因素,针对相关问题,对汽车螺纹连接防松技术进行了探究,分析螺纹连接防松技术的优缺点,希望能为相关从业单位提供参考。
In the field of modern automobile manufacturing,the thread connection anti-loose technology is the most basic,widely used and standardized connection technology in the automobile assembly process.The reliability of the thread connection structure is related to the overall performance of the automobile,especially the high-strength thread connection structure of the chassis and other parts,and is also related to the driving safety of the automobile.Considering the high requirements of the automotive application market and the energy conservation and environmental protection requirements,the article analyzes the factors that affect the anti-loosening performance of bolts from various aspects,probes into the anti-loosening technology of automobile threaded connection,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the anti-loosening technology of threaded connection,and hopes to provide a reference for relevant practitioners.
