摘要
本文结合海外一集装箱码头设备维护保养工作,通过分析该集装箱码头维护保养团队的组织结构及其各个团队职能、五个方面的安全管理要求、三个方面的质量管理规定、具有海外特色的人力资源管理方法、维护保养团队各班组的进度管理制度、各成本因素叠加的成本管理策略、针对于备件、材料等而进行的仓库管理办法、合同签署前后的合同管理实施等方面内容,结合工程项目管理的相关知识,尝试提出相应提升管理的方法,争取使后续海外集装箱码头设备维护保养工作更加安全、高效。
Based on the equipment maintenance of an overseas container terminal,By analyzing the organizational structure and the teams functions of the container terminal maintenance team,five aspects of safety management requirements,three aspects of quality management,the human resource management methods with overseas characteristics,progress management policy for each group of the maintenance team,cost management strategy caused by various cost factors,warehouse management for spare parts,materials and so on,Contract management implementation before and after contract signing together with other aspects,combined with the relevant knowledge of project management,the author try to put forward the corresponding management methods,to make the subsequent maintenance work of overseas container terminal equipment more safe and efficient.
