摘要
目的 探讨OriQA设备在后装治疗机日常检测中的应用,为该设备的测量精度和稳定性提供数据支持。方法 对OriQA设备进行初始刻度,并对放射源活度、源到位精度及驻留时间准确性进行独立校对后,每天进行质量保证(Quality Assurance,QA)计划的重复测量(QA计划含4个驻留位置,每个驻留位置初始驻留时间为2s)。采集2022年8—10月共计37次日检数据,并对放射源到位、驻留时间以及放射源活度的测量结果进行分析。结果 OriQA设备的后装机放射源校准时与井型电离室测量结果相比偏差小于0.3%,与标尺测量相比到位偏差小于0.2 mm,与秒表计时结果相比计时偏差小于0.3 s。稳定性检测结果表明,放射源活度偏差为2.18%±1.33%,随着衰变的继续,测量偏差增大,最大偏差为4.52%。QA计划中的驻留位置分别为1150、1160、1170、1180mm,测量结果分别为(1149.9±0.3)、(1159.9±0.4)、(1170.0±0.4)、(1180.3±0.5)mm;对于所有驻留位置,驻留时间绝对误差为(0.06±0.05)s,各驻留位置测量结果一致性较好。结论 OriQA设备可作为高质量完成后装机放射源到位、驻留时间精度及放射源活度的检测手段,实验检测的后装精度符合临床使用要求,可广泛应用于各个后装机的质控中。
Objective To explore the application of OriQA equipment in the daily detection of post-mounted therapy equipment,to offer data support for measurement accuracy and stability of the equipment.Methods After the initial calibration of the OriQA equipment and independent calibration of the radioactive source activity,source placement accuracy and residence time accuracy,repeated measurements were carried out on a daily basis for the quality assurance(QA)plan(QA plan contains 4 resident locations,each with an initial residence time of 2 s).A total of 37 daily inspection data were gathered from August to October in 2022,and the measurement results of radioactive source arrival,residence time and radioactive source activity were analyzed.Results The deviation of the radioactive source calibration of the OriQA device was less than 0.3%compared with the well-type ionization chamber measurement result,less than 0.2 mm compared with the ruler measurement,and less than 0.3 s compared with the stopwatch timing result.The stability test results showed that the radioactive source activity deviation was 2.18%±1.33%.As the decay continued,the measurement deviation increased,and the maximum deviation was 4.52%.The dwell positions in the QA plan were 1150,1160,1170 and 1180 mm,respectively,and the measurement results were(1149.9±0.3),(1159.9±0.4),(1170.0±0.4)and(1180.3±0.5)mm,respectively.For all dwell positions,the absolute error of dwell time was(0.06±0.05)s,and the measurement results of each dwell position were in good agreement.Conclusion The OriQA equipment can be used as a detection method for high-quality post-loading machine radioactive source in place,residence time accuracy and radioactive source activity.The postloading accuracy of the experimental test meets the requirements of clinical use and can be widely used in the quality control of each post-loading machine.
