摘要
目的:研究慢性心力衰竭(简称慢性心衰)伴冠心病患者B型钠尿肽(BNP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血脂水平变化与病情发展的相关性。方法:选取监利市第二人民医院2022年1—12月收治的慢性心衰伴冠心病患者106例作为研究对象,通过病情发展情况将其分成病情恶化组(n=56)与病情好转组(n=50)。收集两组的相关资料,包含年龄、性别、病程、体重指数、吸烟史、血压、BNP、Hcy、血脂水平、空腹血糖等情况,并进行组间比较。采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响慢性心衰伴冠心病患者病情发展的因素。结果:两组BNP、Hcy、血脂水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);Logistic分析结果显示,BNP、Hcy、血脂水平变化是影响慢性心衰伴冠心病患者病情发展的危险因素(P=0.001)。结论:慢性心衰伴冠心病患者病情恶化情况较为严重,临床应对患者BNP、Hcy、血脂水平变化引起重视,并及时采取针对性治疗,促进病情优化,延缓疾病发展进程。
Objective:To study the correlation between changes in B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),homocysteine(Hcy),and lip⁃id levels and disease progression in patients with chronic heart failure(referred to as chronic heart failure)accompanied by coro⁃nary artery disease.Methods:106 patients with chronic heart failure with coronary artery disease admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Jianli City from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the deterio⁃rating group(n=56)and the improving group(n=50)according to disease progress.Relevant data of the two groups were collected,including age,gender,disease duration,body mass index,smoking history,blood pressure,BNP,Hcy,lipid level,and fasting blood glucose,and were compared between the groups.Multifactorial logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the progression of chronic heart failure with coronary artery disease patients.Results:BNP,Hcy,and lipid levels were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);Logistic analysis showed that changes in BNP,Hcy,and lipid levels were risk factors affecting the progression of chronic heart failure with coronary artery disease patients(P=0.001).Conclusion:chronic heart failure accompanied by coronary heart disease patients could cause a serious health condi⁃tion of patients.Strict control of Variables of BNP,Hcy,and lipid levels should be performed.and take targeted treatment in time to promote the optimization of the condition and slow down the process of disease development.
