摘要
目的构建新入职护士临床实践能力评价指标体系。方法通过文献研究、课题组讨论、专家会议等方法拟定咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法对19名专家进行2轮咨询,运用层次分析法确定指标的权重。结果2轮专家咨询的积极系数为100%、95%,权威系数为0.888、0.892,肯德尔协调系数为0.238、0.265,最终形成的指标体系包含5个一级指标、45个二级指标。一级指标的权重值分别为:临床护理实践能力(0.210)、健康教育能力(0.184)、沟通合作能力(0.196)、保障患者安全能力(0.205)及职业素养(0.205)。结论新入职护士临床实践能力评价指标体系可作为新入职护士临床实践能力的有效评价工具。
Objective To construct an evaluation index system of clinical practice ability of new nurses.Methods The consultation questionnaire was formed by literature review,research group discussion,and expert meeting.Two rounds of consultation were conducted by using Delphi method in 19 experts,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of the index.Results The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%and 95%;the authority coefficient 0.888 and 0.892,and the Kendall harmony coefficient 0.238 and 0.265 respectively.The final index system consisted of 5 first-level and 45 second-level indicators.The weight of first-level indicators of clinical nursing practice ability,health education ability,communication and cooperation ability,patient safety protection ability and professional quality was 0.210,0.184,0.196,0.205,and 0.205 respectively.Conclusion The evaluation index system of new nurses’clinical practice ability can be used as an effective evaluation tool for new nurses’clinical practice ability.
