摘要
激光直接成型(LDS)功能材料是一种内含有机金属复合物的改性材料,经激光诱导活化金属化合物,具备化学电镀性。该文主要介绍了激光直接成型功能材料的发展现状,常用LDS功能材料的优缺点和国内外生产商的主要产品。对聚合物基体材料、LDS功能助剂和LDS功能材料的应用领域进行了分析和总结。
Laser direct structuring(LDS)functional materials are modified materials containing organometallic complexes with chemical plating properties through laser-induced activation of metal compounds.This paper reviews the current development of laser direct structuring functional materials,the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used LDS functional materials and the main products of domestic and foreign manufacturers.The application areas of polymer matrix materials,LDS functional additives and LDS functional materials are analyzed and summarized.
